Hi Osamu,
Thanks for maintainig the New Maintainers' Guide.
The New Maintainers' Guide advise [1] the following short description
while the Developper's reference advise not to use "GTK+" : "GTK+ is
probably not [a term] that the user might be familiar with" :
"fully GUI configurable X file manager using GTK+"
What about cutting the end of the short description :
"fully GUI configurable X file manager"

About descriptions, I think that the first paragraph of the long
description for the package maint-guide, and its translations, is
useless since it "[a]ssume that the user has already read the package
synopsis." (I should probably open another bug report for this one, feel
free to duplicate: I just didn't want to open lots of bug reports
because I don't want to make you angry ;-)

By the way, as I am currently updating the French translation (using
po4a), is it OK with you if I commit directly typos (I already found
eight: do you prefer me to commit them while I find them, in order to
improve the online version, or when I will have finished the
translation, but it could take a month).
