Package: phpgroupware
Version: 0.9.16.011-2.2
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable/password sniffing possibility

During configuration on setup/config.php
whether are the data inserted the programa return always:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class datetime in
  /usr/share/phpgroupware/phpgwapi/inc/class.datetime.inc.php on line 34

a noticeable effect, if i skip that passage is that then i get a " login"
page and then i am bounced to https://myhost/login.php rather than
https://myhost/phpgroupware/login.php
