CTRL+ALT+= works if there is no XkbLayout definition in xorg.conf.
I use the following line in xorg.conf:
Option "XkbLayout" "de"
So I have to use SHIFT+0 to get the equals sign.
The combination CTRL+ALT+SHITF+0 does not result in window change.
