please add an example of how to extract all the images in a pdf file
also add an example of how to extract the say, third image in the file
in particular, who can guess what image-root means/is...
wait, I see. One just gives it any old string and this is prepended to
all the images ... ok, the manual should make this clear thru example.

Since xpdf uses poppler and do not provide programs such as
/usr/bin/pdftotext, I am closing all related bugs on xpdf-utils.
