On the man page mention how to find out all the -enc values that are
allowed.
$ dlocate unicodeMap #a guess
doesn't find Latin1, etc.
There should be a option to show a full list.
Add pdftohtml(1) to SEE ALSO.

Since xpdf uses poppler and do not provide programs such as
/usr/bin/pdftotext, I am closing all related bugs on xpdf-utils.
