Hello,
kdelibs2g were never a part of the Debian distribution. AFAIK it was
part of a unofficial Debian KDE repository by Moore for potato. Debian
cannot conflict (or depend) on packages which are not part of the
official distribution. There are too many unofficial packages and making
dependencies correct for them is too much work.
We had this problem already in the past: http://bugs.debian.org/136896
