action saves the file in a gzipped state but with no .gz extension.
To reproduce:
$ epiphany http://www.delorie.com/teardrops/
right-click on teardrops.c link
Save-Link-As
The saved file bears the name teardrops.c but is gzipped.
konqueror and opera save a valid c file from this URL.
