Creating a bug, so that I don't forget about it. Build logs should move
mail- and web-wise to logs.buildd.debian.org so that it can be disconnected
from wanna-build.

It's probably not required anymore, and possibly even contra-productive given
that the build log's metadata is now stored in pgsql.
