Please make the fai-cd mirror configurable, and automatically call
fai-mirror from fai.cd if oit not exists.
This saves users to have to call and remember multiple commands when
using fai-cd
(and add something like --rebuild-mirror)

I wont fix this bug, since you can write a simple wrapper to get this
workflow.
