Files in /etc/sudoers.d/ must be mode 440, otherwise running sudo fails
in Debian and segfaults in Ubuntu.
Even if a lintian check (a bug report exists) could prevent packages
with wrong permissions from being uploaded to Debian, people could still
build private packages with broken /etc/sudoers.d/* permissions. To
hinder people shooting in their feet I'd like to have dh_fixperms taking
care of this.
I'll send a patch after knowing the bug number.
