Hi,
Pidgin's system tray icon is too large.
This appears to be upstream ticket #2466

The problem I am experiencing appears to be the same as the one from
this screenshot:

As a workaround, if I go to Preferences and change "Show system tray icon"
from "Always" to "Never" and back again, the icon appears in the correct
(smaller) size.
