On playback I am getting an error message dialog saying:

(I'm not sure if this is a complete list of things worth trying)
I also downgraded libgstfarsight0.10-0 to the squeeze version (0.0.20-2) and
python-gpod,libgpod4,libgpod-common to 0.7.2-2+b1 neither of which helped (all
the other related packages seem to be the same version in squeeze and sid).
