could you please provide a link to the pacemaker homepage and more
informations on pacemaker in debian/control?
I'd like to be able just from those informations and without asking
google, if this package may be something interesting for me or not.

I don't really think that is in keeping with the usage of the extended
description that I have worked on with other packages.
In particular, I am not familiar with packages putting URLs into
the extended description. And pacemaker has its own package
with its own extended description, it doesn't seem appropriate to
duplicate that information here.
