http://www.backports.org/debian/README.mirrors.html is outdated
The mirror masterlist maintained by mirroradm is up to date, but the
data is not used by backports.org, nore displayed on the Debian website.

Now backports has been moved under debian.org
http://backports.debian.org/Mirrors/ is now updated every hour from
Mirrors.masterlist.
