Package: workman
Version: 1.3.4-2
Severity: normal

I'm not sure whether this is a bug in Workman or a hardware problem, but I
never had this problem with any other CD playing program. CD Paranoia
reports that my CD-ROM drive is an:
   ATAPI compatible DELTA OPC-K101/ST1 F/W by OIPD

Anyway, the problem is this: Workman stops playing at (seemingly) random
intervals, even with the -e or -ee switch set. What's worse, Workman
won't even *play* the CD at all unless I first issue a 'cdreset' command.
(cdreset is from the cdtool package, it preforms an ATAPI reset of the
CD-ROM drive.)

After Workman ceases playing the CD, the track indicator jumps back to
track 1, and any attempt to change tracks or play the disc causes Workman
to jump back to track 1 again. This can be fixed (temporarily) by
issuing the 'cdreset' command again.

Here's what I found in the system log for the time period in question:

Dec 30 17:14:13 Braxiatel kernel: hdb: status error: status=0x50 { DriveReady
SeekComplete }
