Package: mysql-server
Version: 5.0.67-1
Severity: minor

While upgrading mysql-server today, I noticed that the server is stopped
multiple times. I counted three of those messages:
"Stopping MySQL database server: mysqld"

I'd say, stopping one time should be enough ;-)

Cheers,
Michael

This bug is fixed since we moved MySQL 5.1 from experimental to
unstable, when upgrading the mysql-server meta-package the daemon
no longer gets stopped.
