ok, so somehow your vbox 3.0.12 dkms.conf got messed up. to fix that,
you can manually remove the /var/lib/dkms/virtualbox-ose/3.0.12 folder.

you probably need to do a "dkms add" once you've cleaned up the broken
3.0.12. or you can just reinstall the virtualbox dkms package.
