Please remove emacs22. It's scheduled for removal for quite some time
and the remaining blocker was hyperlatex, which still depends on it.
(577466 and 571122). I think we should go ahead and remove emacs22
even if it renders hyperlatex uninstallable to prevent people from
people running into an old, outdated version of emacs. It also has
open security issues.
