Currently perl-base and perl-modules conflict with libfile-spec-perl
(<< 3.30), but the separate package in Debian has four digits in its
version number. Therefore the version in lenny, 3.2701-2, can override
the core version with an older one.
The conflict versions in perl need to have four digits too.
