Hi lazy maintainer,
The English manual, which is also the fallback option if user's locale
is not among the available manual translations, is not installed under
the "en" directory. This makes Claws Mail fail to find it on disk and
try to open the online page instead the local copy, which, of course,
fails if no network is available.
