If I receive an email which is completely empty, but has an
attachment, Wanderlust does not show the attachment. I have to use
another email client to get the attachment.
Any suggestion?

Your problematic mail is not a multipart message, so the attachment
part is not explicitly displayed.
Even if the attachment part is not displayed, you may invoke
mime-preview functions, such as `v' to play the current part, in
the MIME-View buffer.
To display the content-type to have notice of the attachment part,
put the following in your ~/.wl file.
(setq wl-message-visible-field-list mime-view-visible-field-list)
(add-to-list 'wl-message-visible-field-list "^Content-Type:")
(add-to-list 'wl-message-visible-field-list "^Content-disposition:")
