Gentlemen, say there are 15 different kernels on one's boot menu.
Well, I wish one touch of the UP-arrow key could wrap to the last
choice.

Currently one must hold down the down-arrow key to get to the bottom.

So the arrow keys should wrap when they reach the first or last item,
instead of just getting stuck there at the top or bottom.

PageDown already does this well.
Wrapping the arrow keys will make it impossible to choose entries
blindly if you don't know which entry is default. So it's a won't fix
