pootle has no manpages. Presumably you could write a single page
describing all the *2* binaries, since they seem to take the same
command line parameters.
Caution: when writing the manpage you should not just cut and paste
things from http://translate.sf.net/doc/index.html, since that
documentation is ever so slightly non-free (Creative Commons
Attrib-ShareAlike). program --help output is ok since that is
GPL-licensed.
