Package: auto-multiple-choice
Version: 0.297-1
Severity: important
--- Please enter the report below this line. ---
I created the simple example project, printed it, marked random boxes, scanned
it and tried to run the automatic analysis.
After producing the following CLI output
--------
ppmtoxpm: (Computing colormap...
ppmtoxpm: ...Done. 256 colors found.)
ppmtoxpm: (Computing colormap...
ppmtoxpm: ...Done. 256 colors found.)
Use of uninitialized value $v in concatenation (.) or string at
/usr/share/perl5/AMC/ANList.pm line 210.
ppmtoxpm: (Computing colormap...
ppmtoxpm: ...Done. 256 colors found.)
Can't call method "centre" on an undefined value at
/usr/share/perl5/AMC/Boite.pm line 289.
---------------
and these lines within the output window of the GUI
------------------
===<analyse>=+0
Converting to ppm...
===<analyse>=+0.333333333333333
Morphological operations (+2-5) and signs detection...
1 boxes.
-----------------------
nothing else seems to happen anymore unless I press the "Abort" button.
I kept it running for more than 30 minutes on one A4 page now.
The scan was 300dpi PDF, CPU is a 2.6GHz i7.
Rated 'important' because automatism seems to be the major feature of the
tool.
