Package: tvtime
Version: 0.9.15-1
Severity: important

After a recent system meltdown, upon reinstalling tvtime and scanning
for channel it is not finding all the avaliable channels, picture only
on cheannels 2 and 8 if I recall correctly. Even with manual tuning I
could not get a signal on other channels.

I tested with an older version of tvtime off a Kanotix cd which
included version 0.9.13 and all channels were found and worked fine. I
have tried using the tvtime.xml configuration file from 0.9.13kanotix
unfortunately it is not compatible with 0.9.15-1 which appears to be
using a new improved config system :-(

I am using Debian GNU/Linux unstable, kernel-image-2.6.11-1-686
(2.6.11-3), libc6 (2.3.2.ds1-21) and the tv card is a generic based on
a saa7134.

I am having similair troubles with scantv/xawtv I am investigating that now=
.

Thanks in advance.

John
