Licq is a mult-protocol enabled IM client, but only AIM and ICQ
support is included in the base package. To get support for MSN and/or
Jabber you need to install licq-plugin-msn and/or licq-plugin-jabber.
This information is included in the long description.
I'm closing this bug now, but please let me know if you think that the
