Package: posh
Version: 0.9.1
Severity: normal
posh doesn't seem to let me trap some signals. also, when an attempt
to trap fails, posh seems to abort out of any loop it is in:
0 dkg@pip:~$ posh
$ for x in $(seq 1 64); do
> trap 'echo foo' $x
> done
posh: trap: bad signal 4
$
it appears that posh only lets the user trap signals:
1, 2, 3, 9, 13, 14, 15
that's:
HUP, INT, QUIT, KILL(!), PIPE, ALRM, TERM
here's me using a different shell to coax the failures out of posh:
0 dkg@pip:~$ for x in $(seq 1 64); do posh -c 'trap "echo foo" '$x; done
