In fact, '/usr/share/phpbb3/maint-libs/webapps-config' exists, but is not _yet_
available at preinst time. Dunno if it has nasty consequences or not, but the
database is created and populated correctly (it seems).

I also don't know why it suddenly switch from localhost to the real hostname.

I'll try to have a deeper look tomorrow.
