Package: lincity
Version: N/A
Severity: wishlist
* I'm deprecating svga support with this release. If you actually
care about svga support, let me know.
We want svga support. There is no reason to add all the baggage of
having an X-based system just for lincity. The app runs under console,
right, at least prior to this? (hence I have told apt-listchanges NOT
to allow the change, and have the old version here.)
If this bug is closed and I get that notice, I'll know I can allow the
upgrade. But that is just me, how will others have access to the svga
lincity once the decent non-X version leaves sarge? (Should I have made
this a grave bug so that the bad X version doesn't make it to sarge
in the first place, and displace the good, non-X version? That seems
the most effective path, but also seems to subvert the BTS in favor of
desired goals, rather than "working within the system.")
Why would you do this thing anyway? :-( I'm hoping it's not just laziness.
