Package: latexila
Version: 2.0.5-1
Severity: normal

Hello,

LaTeXila uses the 'rubber' preprocessor by default, but latexila package does
not depend on rubber, so rubber is not installed if the user does not install
it himself, and LaTeXila gives an error message.

Best regards,
ProgVal

Well, LaTeXila can be used without rubber, this is why I did not put it
in the Depends.

However, without rubber one will not have all the features of LaTeXila,
and will have to compile by other means (either externally or by
modifying the compiling settings). Thus it is recommended to install
rubber, this is why I put it into the Recommends.

As packages managers install Recommends by default, a normal user will
have rubber pulled when installing latexila. Only people that
voluntarily asked not to install recommended packages will not get it.
As I see no problem here, I am closing this bug report.
