There appears to be a regression in the handling of --meta (closes and thanks
text) in git-dch output.

The version in Squeeze produced, for example:

  * Add dependency on libxml-simple-perl (Closes: #611730) - thanks xxx

whereas in unstable now it reads:

  * Add dependency on libxml-simple-perl Closes: #611730 Thanks: xxx

Downgrading git-buildpackage restores the old behaviour.
