Package: muine
Version: 0.8.3-6
Severity: minor
Hi,
Muine seems to be built with the GStreamer backend and seems to use the
"playbin" element to play files, but it can't play my Apple Lossless
Audio Codec files (.m4a), while "gst-launch playbin uri=..." can.
I suppose this is lack of support for metadata on this format, looking
at the source it seems faad support is required to support
audio/x-flac metadata, but should that prevent playback with other
means, such as gstreamer-ffmpeg?
Bye,
