Hi,
currently[1], mysqltcl does not build on hurd-i386.
The problem are the incomplete LD settings in a GNU section in tclconfig/tcl.m4.
The attached patch (which needs autoreconf) updates few of them to be the same
as the Linux counterparts (the toolchain is basically the same, anyway).
