Package: libapache2-mod-chroot
Version: 0.5-7
Severity: important

Bug #349441 still exists. "/usr/sbin/apache2 -k graceful" kills Apache.
"/etc/init.d/apache2 restart" works fine. Workaround is to edit
/etc/logrotate.d/apache2 to restart apache, instead of reloading.
