1. Start a new character
2. When in the game, hit ? %
3. This should display tables of the abilities of all races with respect to
the various skills in the game. Instead it does not display anything.
Compiling from the crawl sources and running the produced executable allows
to see this list of abilities, so this is a packaging problem (missing file
from the list of files to install?)
