I've to fight against a particularly bad tempered ftp server, and when
trying to synchronized with weex, I've file upload that stop with an
"short write" error. But weex do not seem to retry to upload the
failed file, letting a partially updated file on the ftp server.
Even worst, if I rerun weex with the same hostid, weex won't upload
the said file if I don't touch it before.
