1) The README.Debian includes information that should be added to
manual page as well to the NOTES section. It should mention the kernel
module needed:
modprobe fuse
and that the user must be put to specific group:
adduser USER fuse
2) there should be EXAMPLES section to demontrate the use of the
command.
3) There should be TROUBLESHOOTING section to answer to common
problems like:
fusermount: failed to open /dev/fuse: Permission denied

imho this is not worth keeping open. the information is there
(README.Debian), and there's not much point in reporting such things in
the debian bts, feel free to report it to upstream though.
