Hmm, not on purpose. I guess I assumed that -3 had been uploaded before.
Generally, I suggest to leave the distribution as UNRELEASED until you
do the upload. This way, "dch" does the right thing (adding a new
version or adding information to the unreleased version) automatically,
at least with DEBCHANGE_RELEASE_HEURISTIC=changelog in ~/.devscripts.
There is nothing to do but to send a mail to to the BTS to make it aware
that the bug is closed. Which I am doing hereby.
