This is not a dbus issue, so closing.
Most likely you are sending the mount request via D-Bus to Hal or udisks,
it is hard to tell though, as you neither described what programs nor
environment you use.
My guess is, that you either have /dev/cdrom defined in fstab which might cause
issues or you are lacking proper permissions.
