Looking at the source, it looks like the tag directive can only be
used to mimic the Id, Header, and CVSHeader keywords. README.Debian
should be updated accordingly. Additionally, it should state that
only later tag directives override the first, so only a single
directive is normally useful. Similarly, later tagexpand=i directives
override earlier ones, but it looks like all tagexpand=e lines do take
effect.
