Radiostation fetcher cannot get Shoutcast stations anylonger.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Preferences
2. Enable "Radio Station Fetcher" via Extensions
3. Open Radiostaion fetcher(www.shoutcast.com)
From Main menu -> Tool -> Radiostation fetcher
4. Select any genre and "Get statsions"
Actual result:
ERROR: Network error.
Additional infromation:
streamtuner2 does get stations for SHOUTCast.
