Package: xfce4-session
Version: 4.8.1-3
Severity: normal
Hello,
I do not manage to use either the reboot/halt buttons nor the
suspend button.
1/ reboot & halt
Reboot and halt buttons are greyed.
I've added /usr/lib/xfce4/session/xfsm-shutdown-helper in the sudoers
file. I usually stop my box with "sudo halt".
But I get:
$ sudo /usr/lib/xfce4/session/xfsm-shutdown-helper
XFSM_SUDO_DONE
FAILED
I get the same behavior with root.
I did not found what xfsm-shutdown-helper is supposed to do.
The buttons used to work when xfce was <4.8 or 4.6 (I don't remember).
2/ suspend button
The button is hidden.
"sudo pm-suspend" works.
I also did
"xfconf-query -c xfce4-session -p '/shutdown/ShowSuspend' -t 'bool' -s 'true'
(because I set it to false previously).
I don't see where I can search. Any idea?
Thanks,
Benoit
