Hello,
I also cannot reproduce this problem. The following command works ok
here:
$ fakeroot ruby -rgst -e puts\ 1
I am closing this bug report. If you still have this problem, feel free
to repone. But please try to reproduce on a up to date Debian sid first
and see if it still happens.
