Actually, closing bugs is easy. Anybody can do it the way I'm doing it
right now. 

It's slightly more complicated if you want to specify which version of
the package closes a given bug (assuming that, for some reason, the
changelog entry didn't close it....or assuming that one discovers
lately that a bug is already fixed in this or that version). That's
called "version tracking" but this is irrelevant, here, of course, as
the extra bugs are simple mistakes.
