Added the list, and to ftp.cl round robin:
$ dig +short ftp.cl.debian.org
201.238.222.20
200.75.30.181
ftp2.cl points to that mirror, so please be less restrictive in the VH setup.
As debian.netlinux.cl did provide debian-volatile, could you please provide it
(i's only 500MB today).
