Hello,

Under a UTF-8 locale, suppose that I set pager_format=3D"%F --%>- %s" and
view a message with non-ASCII characters in From or Subject. The number
of dashes produced by "%>-" would then be too many, because characters
like "=C3=BC" take up two bytes of UTF-8 but only one unit of screen width,
and characters like "=E4=B8=AD" take up three bytes of UTF-8 but only two u=
nits
of screen width.

Thanks,
        Ken
