moving an edge of selection to align it to guide does not propose the aligment
of the selction (pressing M for selecting than V for moving) and then
while moving aligning the edge to the guide vertical for instance
it however takes the wrong and takes the whole layer edge instead of the
current selection
Please a fix , because it therefore means of NO SINGLE USE of guides threfore,
just for newbies with photo but it is not intended for that gimp
since there are already a lot : gnome paint, kolourpaint...
