gone missing from the Debian Samba packages.

Even if the disappearance of tdbbackup went unnoticed (did it REALLY
disappear? I haven't checked but I don't really see how, particularly
between 3.5.8 and 3.5.9), I don't really
plan to add such mention. Indeed, the Recommends should handle things
The Right Way.
