Package: olsrd
Version: 0.6.1-2
Severity: important
The package fails to build on armhf:
http://buildd.debian-ports.org/status/package.php?p=olsrd&suite=unstable
with a relocation errors. The linker suggests rebuilding with -fPIC,
which does actually work. I've found a similar problem to the pdb2pqr
package:
https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=pdb2pqr&suite=unstable
Therefore I suggest the same I did for that package:
a) add exceptions for armhf to build with -fPIC added to the CFLAGS or
b) build the package with -fPIC by default on all arches - this was
actually the recommended action by other developers when discussed on
IRC.
Thanks
Konstantinos
