Package: libjpeg-dev
Severity: normal
Although newer versions of libjpeg are available
(libjpeg7 and libjpeg8), only libjpeg62-dev provides libjpeg-dev. As
such, only libjpeg62-dev can be installed unless the user wishes to
break the dependencies of certain packages. This is not ideal as it
prevents upgrading to the latest version of libjpeg in most cases.

libjpeg8 (8c-2) unstable; urgency=low
* The "Angèle" release
* debian/control:
- Bump standard version to 3.9.2.
- Remove article from synopsys
- Provides: libjpeg-dev
Looks like this was fixed. :)
